Marketing and Communications Director Melissa Krylowicz says MBI provided the most cutting-edge, sophisticated design of all the providers they interviewed.  One of the things Radians liked most about MBI was the full-service capabilities they offered.  "They supplied everything from the funiture to the wall tiles," says Krylowicz.

Lesli Breeden, Designer for MBI, describes how MBI designed the space with the type of work each department does in mind.  The marketing department, for example, has collaborative spaces built into the design.  "Creative work is usually best accomplished in groups of two," says Breeden of the areas MBI designed for interaction.  The accounting department has more private spaces, because most accounting work is done individually.

MBI also provided Radians with technology such as Polyvision interactive white boards in their large conference room, which allows information to be shared with multiple offices during teleconferenced meetings.  This allows for real-time interaction and communication during meetings among the three major offices.

Breeden adds that MBI worked hand-in-hand with Radians which enabled this project to be very successful.  "Through listening to and understanding their needs, we were able to work with the Radians team to choose designs and products that best suited their work styles," says Breeden.  Krylowicz agrees that the teamwork between MBI and Radians was critical to the project's success.
