As business increased for Shapiro & Kirsch, the demand for new office space was even greater.  Their existing floor plan was located on two floors, which wasn't very conducive to a productive, collaborative workflow.  Shapiro & Kirsch is part of a large corporation with offices throughout the country.  Therefore, relocation needs are typically handled through a company located in Florida.

Jeremy Lipford, Operations Manager, wasn't comfortable consulting long distance with a company that didn't understand their work environment or specific needs.  Fortunately, Shapiro & Kirsch had entered and won MBI's "Case for Space" contest, which gave Lipford leverage for using a local company.
