MBI, the area’s largest office design and furnishings provider, had been leasing their fleet of trucks from Diamond for years.  MBI was among several firms to bid for the job, but they stood out over the rest.  “From my perspective, MBI was on time and on-target, which was very important because we had a specific move-in time and deadlines to meet,” Sweebe said.  “They were professional in their interactions with our team, not just in the quoting process, but throughout the job, all the way to the installation.”  MBI’s designer and salesperson provided office furniture in conjunction with the design of Diamond’s architecture firm, The Renaissance Group, and worked seamlessly with their architects.  “They handled all items and issues that needed handling, and more importantly, they did it in a timely manner – by or before deadline.  Sometimes, people take that for granted,” Sweebe said.  But, not Diamond.  They were thoroughly impressed with the services and products provided by MBI.  “They eliminated the space constraints and provided a degree of privacy using sound insulation,” Sweebe said.  “Our sales people are discussing business transactions, and they need privacy.  It’s helped our team make their customers feel more comfortable.”  Sweebe noted that Diamond’s new office reflects the company’s tagline:  A higher standard of value.  “Our new facility definitely provides that.  It helps us to talk the talk and walk the walk.”  Sweebe said he would definitely recommend MBI to others.  “It’s a good, reputable company, and they do what they say they will do.”
